Does Insurance cover Acupuncture?

Some insurance does cover acupuncture (United Health Care, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Health
Partners, Aetna, Oxford,....). If your insurance plan covers acupuncture "out of network"  your
acupuncturist will provide you with a bill that can be submitted to your insurance company for
direct reimbursement of the covered portion of your treatment charge.
